We do not provide statutory, regulatory, or attestation services under the scope of Chartered Accountancy.

Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information to enable effective advisory. We work collaboratively with your internal or external CA, CS, legal, and compliance teams.

Engagement Model

Engagements may be structured as:

• Monthly retainers
• Fixed-scope projects
• Sprint-based consulting (e.g., investor readiness)

Payment terms, confidentiality, and deliverables will be clearly outlined in each formal engagement agreement.

Intellectual Property

All resources, templates, toolkits, and original content shared via our Knowledge Hub or as part of services remain the intellectual property of YourCFODesk unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any business losses, reputational damage, or third-party actions arising from implementation of our advisory unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mangalore, Karnataka.
